She was hugely professional, and despite our changing requirements due to the Coronavirus pandemic was able to accommodate our requirements. She regularly kept us informed of the cost and responded to enquiries promptly. She kept me informed about availability of flowers which at one stage looked  problematic due to import restrictions. Whist making the arrangements she quietly progressed with her work. Betsey’s arrangements fulfilled our brief and looked wonderful.
